Christmas Special - Sound Healing and Meditation

Join our heart-led Reiki community for an afternoon of connection, relaxation and healing. You will receive a beautiful Sound Bath - where you can unwind deeply whilst resting on a comfy airbed. The afternoon will include a gentle guided meditation, receiving some Reiki, ending with tea/coffee and biscuits. Proceeds to charity.

*Sound Baths are generally safe and deeply relaxing for most people, but there are a few situations where extra care or consultation may be needed. Please let us know if any of the following applies to you:-

You are in the first trimester of pregnancy.

You have a pacemaker, metal implants or hearing aids.

You experience sound sensitivity, tinnitus or vertigo.

You have a history of seizures, epilepsy or serious mental health conditions (such as psychosis).
