Welcome to Art of Wellbeing. By booking a session, course, or purchasing a product through our website, email, or in person, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Based in Leigh-on-Sea, Benfleet and Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

Art of Wellbeing offers holistic therapies, Reiki training, and wellbeing workshops designed to support emotional, physical and energetic balance.

2. Bookings and Payments

Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Course spaces are limited and secured only once payment has been received.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Therapy Appointments

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will be refunded in full or rescheduled at no extra cost.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur the full session fee, unless your space can be filled.
Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable.

Courses and Workshops

Please note that £50 of the course fee is a non-refundable deposit should you need to cancel your place, unless we are able to fill your space.
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start date may be refunded (minus the deposit) or transferred to a future course if space allows.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable, as materials and preparations will already have been made.
If Art of Wellbeing needs to cancel or postpone a course, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

4. Fulfilment and Shipping Policy

For digital or physical items purchased through Art of Wellbeing (such as manuals, downloadable resources, or gift vouchers):

Digital items (e.g. course manuals or online access) will be delivered via email or download link within 24 hours of purchase or course completion.
Physical items (if applicable) will be dispatched within 3–5 working days via Royal Mail or a similar courier.
If you have not received your item within 10 working days, please contact us at artofwellbeing@outlook.com.

5. Health and Safety

By booking a treatment or attending a course, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or recent surgeries that may affect your participation. All sessions are offered in good faith and tailored to your comfort and wellbeing.

6. Liability

Art of Wellbeing and its practitioners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Clients accept full responsibility for their wellbeing during and after sessions or courses.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. Personal information is collected only to manage your bookings and provide services. We will never share your data with third parties without your consent. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
