A gentle hands-on therapy that calms the nervous system and restores inner balance, by working with the body’s natural rhythms to release tension and regain whole-body harmony.

What is CranioSacral Therapy?

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a light-touch, hands-on treatment that supports your body’s natural ability to heal, balance, and restore itself.

Working with the craniosacral system — the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord — CST helps release deep-seated tension in the body, creating space for calm, flow, and ease.

This therapy gently encourages your body back to a state of balance, making it ideal for relieving both physical discomfort and emotional overwhelm.

What to Expect

During a session, you’ll lie fully clothed on a comfortable treatment couch.
A soft therapeutic touch is used to assess and release restrictions within:

  • The craniosacral system

  • The fascia (connective tissue)

  • The nervous system as a whole

By improving the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and restoring natural movement patterns within the body, CST supports the nervous system to shift from a state of tension or fatigue into one of regulation and resilience.

Most people find CST to be deeply relaxing — even meditative — often leaving with a sense of lightness, clarity, and inner calm.

What Can CST Help With?

CranioSacral Therapy can support a wide range of issues, including:

  • Headaches, migraines, and facial tension

  • Neck, back and jaw pain (including TMJ dysfunction)

  • Stress, anxiety and emotional overwhelm

  • Nervous system burnout or sensory overload

  • Post-injury or post-surgery recovery

  • Sleep disturbances and fatigue

It’s a wonderful option for anyone looking for a gentle, non-invasive therapy that works deeply with the body’s innate intelligence and healing rhythm.

Who is CST for?

This treatment is suitable for people of all ages — from those recovering from physical strain to those seeking emotional grounding and peace.
It’s especially helpful for those who:

  • Are sensitive to deep tissue treatments

  • Feel “on edge” or stuck in fight-or-flight

  • Want to address pain or stress without force
